The only real suspense as we awaited indictments in the case against Bobby Cutts for the high-profile murder of Jesse Davis and her unborn baby was whether prosecutors would try for the death penalty. They also have indicted his classmate Myisha Farrell for complicity.
The Prosecutors Office had scheduled a press conference this morning to announce the indictments. A move which, by the way, prompted Mayor Plusquellec to move a previously-scheduled 11 a.m. press conference so as to ensure a healthy press presence.
