Mickey Miller Reaches Plea Deal

Following up on this story, posted last night on the Beacon Journal:

Area car dealer Mickey Miller has pleaded guilty in federal court to 37 counts of conspiracy to launder drug money.

Miller, 66, of Jackson Township made his plea Thursday as part of an agreement with the U.S. Attorney's Office. The plea agreement has been sealed and Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Bulford Jr. declined to comment on it.
A sealed plea agreement sounds like Miller struck an agreement to cooperate. That's definitely bad news for co-defendant Paul Monea, and potentially bad news for attorney Jack Morrison. On the other hand, the fact that the government appears to be focusing on Monea may mean the heat is off Morrison. Wait and see.
